1. Can I trust Sanctuary Beads Limited and this website?

Please see our about me page. We have been trading since 2006 on EBAY (user id: sanctuarybeads). In the past 12 months alone we have sold in excess of 200,000 items on EBAY in the UK. This website is the first of several new ventures as we expand our business away from EBAY.

2. Is this website secure?

All pages with the HTTPS prefix that you see in your browser are displayed through SSL which encripts all data. SSL certificates are only issued to companies that are trustworthy and whose websites comply with the strictest security standards.

3. When will my order be processed?

We process all orders within 1 working day. Our working days are Monday to Friday so orders paid for on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on the Monday. Where possible we try to dispatch orders paid by midday the same day. This is not always possible at the busiest times of the year.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently process our payments using Paypal. Paypal are one of the leading payment processors in the world.  If you do not have a paypal account you can opt to pay with your debit or credit card when making your payment.

5. What if my item is not exactly as imagined?

Please see our returns policy. We would never want any customer to be disappointed with anything purchased from Sanctuary Beads. Whilst the policy asks for items to be returned within 30 days that time will be extended at our discretion.
