The term 'Sanctuary Beads' or 'us' or 'we' refers to the owners of the website whose company name is Sanctuary Beads Limited.  The term 'you' refers to the user of our website.

Prices

Stock

We only sell brand new products, not used items.

All products available for purchase are carried in stock and can be dispatched within 1 working day from date of payment. We will keep you informed of the progress of your order and email you to inform you of the dispatch of your order.

Delivery Time

In the UK we use Royal Mail First Class Post, for exports we use standard Air Mail unless instructed otherwise. We send you an email when your order has been dispatched.

Placing your Order

Find the item you want to buy, add it to your cart and pay for it. You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been accepted.

Discount codes

Discount codes may be offered as an incentive to customers from time to time. We reserve the right to cancel any order where any discount code is misused prior to dispatch of the order. Abuse includes, but is not limited to, multiple accounts opened by the same customer and accounts opened at the same household. Discount is not available on wholesale items which are sold at trade price.

Misuse of discount codes will result in the termination of all future supplies.

We use Paypal to process our transactions. They're reliable and you don't need an account in order to use them.

Cancellations

If you want to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. It may be that your order has already been dispatched so we are unable to stop it.

Returns

Please see our returns policy.  We will always accept returns of any item within 30 days from the date of purchase.

If goods are faulty, do not send items back without our permission. Report faulty items by email to sanctuarymessages@yahoo.co.uk and we will send you return instructions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
